The Fehn units are designed with an open plan with the living, dining, and kitchen in one big space. Ceilings will be 10’ minimum in the living, dining, and bedrooms, and 9’ minimum in kitchens, bathrooms, and service rooms. Ceilings will be drywall throughout with LED recessed downlights. Walls will be drywall.

Floors will be premium plain sliced white oak in the living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry. Bathrooms floors and walls will combine stone and porcelain tile. Counters in the kitchen and bathrooms will be quartz or other hard surfaces. Cabinets will be chosen from a variety of materials and finishes. Kitchen appliances will be counter depth refrigerator, range, oven, and microwave, to be GE Café or equal. Bathroom fixtures to be Toto, Kohler, or equal. Accessories to be satin finished stainless steel or equal. Interior doors to be premium plain sliced book matched white oak. Hardware to be satin finish stainless steel: Schlage, Baldwin, or equal.
